Millers 3 Glass Button 14" Tall UGG

I purchased these boots in the chestnut colour and they are incredibly comfortable and warm!! I was after a pair of ugg boots that have pizzazz to them and these certainly matched that! The only issue I had with them, is that unfortunately the buttons on the side are only attached to the outer layer and come loose easy- Mark, the store owner was awesome and replaced a pair I had to return that lost one after a week and a half of wear, but then a button fell off again the second day when I wore the replacement pair!

I am very happy with Marks costumer service and replacing the ugg boots- but I couldn't do this everytime a button fell off, so my grandmother had to sew the buttons on through the outer and inner layer to ensure they were secure enough and the difference is amazing!! They're not flopping around like they originally were, however it was a tough task pushing the needle through the thickness!

If I could share some feedback, I would highly suggest the stitching for the buttons to be done through both layers, to ensure they are secure! I am lucky enough to have someone who knows how to sew in the family, but others may have to pay extra to get these fixed at a repairs, which can be avoided if they are attached more strongly from the beginning!
