Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Please be aware that if you would like to return or exchange and order, it will be at your expense. You will also need to pay for shipping your boot back to us as well as the shipping costs for us to send you out a new pair of boots.
However, please bear in mind that all exchanges, returns and refunds will need to be confirmed. To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.
All products sold by Millers Uggs are covered by 30 day manufacturer’s warranty. In the unlikely even on an item being faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a replacement/repair if we consider it appropriate. To obtain a return authorisation, please contact us.
The refund request must be made within 30 days of dispatch date.
The returned item(s) are received by us within 14 days of us providing you with an return authorisation number.
The item(s) are returned to us in ‘as new’ condition with all packaging, swing tags, and labels complete and intact.
The item(s) are securely packed for return postage to ensure that the item(s) and packaging are received back by us in original and re-saleable condition.
Please note, that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear.
